We work to keep product information accurate, but formulas, ingredients, packaging, availability, and launch dates can change. The label on the package you buy is the authoritative source for ingredients, nutrition, allergens, and caffeine content, and you should always read it. Nothing on this Site is medical or nutritional advice. Ordinary Energy contains caffeine and is not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, or those who are pregnant or nursing.
