Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Hound Brands, LLC ("Blue Hound Brands," "we," "us") handles information in connection with bluehoundbrands.com (the "Site"). It applies only to this Site. Our brand stores, bluehoundbrew.com and sipordinary.com, are operated separately and have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit or buy from them.

The short version

Information we collect

Information you send us. If you contact us at an email address listed on the Site, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as your name, company, phone number, store or territory details, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when your browser requests a page. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

The fonts and images on this Site are served from our own files, so loading the Site does not send requests to font, analytics, or advertising services.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

Cookies and tracking

We do not place cookies, pixels, or similar tracking technologies on this Site. Because we do not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" signal to turn off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, which we do not do in any case.

The Site links to other websites, including our brand stores and our distribution partners. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

How long we keep information

We keep emails and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@bluehoundbrands.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request where the law allows. We will verify your request in a reasonable way, respond within the time required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, we will explain why and, where the law provides one, how to appeal.

Children

This Site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as payment card or bank account numbers, by email.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and information we receive is processed in the United States.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
